enjoying your product. However, if you are dissatisfied with the Patriot Relief product you may return
the item within 30 days, from receipt of your order, for a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping
charges. You may request an exchange, product credit, or a refund to the original payment method. To
request a refund, email support@patriotsrelief.com with your information and you will receive a return
authorization number. Opened and unopened products are eligible for return. Please
provide the following information:
· Name
· Address
· Order date
· Order number
· Item returning
· Reason for the return
· Return payment method:
Exchange, product credit or return to original payment method.
A Customer Service Representative will provide you with information about returning the product. The
product must be returned in the original packaging. To process your refund in a timely manner you will
have 14 days from the time we provide you with the return authorization to return the product to
