Refund Policy

Patriots Relief would like to thank you again for your purchase. We hope you are happy with and are enjoying your product. However, if you are dissatisfied with the Patriot Relief product you may return the item within 30 days, from receipt of your order, for a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping charges.  You may request an exchange, product credit, or a refund to the original payment method.  To request a refund, email support@patriotsrelief.com with your information and you will receive a return authorization number. Opened and unopened products are eligible for return. Please
provide the following information:

· Name
· Address
· Order date
· Order number
· Item returning
· Reason for the return
· Return payment method:

Exchange, product credit or return to original payment method.

A Customer Service Representative will provide you with information about returning the product.  The product must be returned in the original packaging. To process your refund in a timely manner you will have 14 days from the time we provide you with the return authorization to return the product to Patriots Relief.  If you should need assistance, please email Customer Service at: support@patriotsrelief.com
